Can you please suggest good, reputed chip level repairing shops?

I found ACMA Tech, can anyone tried that?
They told me that they do chip level repair.
2 of my mobiles, old nokia and lg optimus net dual, need chip level repair. I went to LG service center they told me that they don't do chip level. So want good reputed chip level repair shop.
Any suggestions please..
And what about ACMA Tech, is it good?
