Remove mobo to install HS?

do you guys remove the mobo to install the heat sink?
i usually don't,and was wondering if it is safe that way?

As long as you dont damage anything on the mobo, its fine.... It is recommended to remove your mobo so you get more room to install the HS

hmmm..well the room is not the prob.
since i cant get my fingers underneath the board will the pressure exerted frm above bent the board?

^Make sure your mobo is secured to the case with mounting posts...You shouldnt have a problem then
