Hey there,
I'm not being able to access some of my files which I've encrypted previosly and is stored in my pc  . Because of some technical reason I had to change my motherboard and had to re-install my WindowsXP Professional OS afterthat when I tried to open my files those are encrypted made by me, Refused to opned displaying message "Access Denide" I've tried many ways to open those files and have been unable to access  . I've heard that a data recovery agent who have a proper key to decrypt those file can do so :? . i wanna know that how can I get back my files or How can I become a data recovery agent so that I can get back my files  .

Got a bit of a nasty surprise for you, buddy. Unless you happen to be on a domain with a designated Recovery Agent, pretty much everything you have encrypted is lost forever. Even if you manage to create the same Username/password, the system will generate a unique security identifier that will make sure your ID is truly unique.
If you do happen to be on a domain with a recovery agent role assigned, then visit here to learn how to recover your data.

If your computer WAS on a domain, then you can find more info on adding Encrypted Data Recovery Agents here and here:

But I dont think this is the case with your computer, and I am pretty much afraid that all your data is completely lost. Oh well, we live and learn.
