Recommended PSU for this setup

Hey guys,
I've a secondary PC being used by my dad for watching movies, the following is the setup.
CPU: C2D E7400
Board: Intel DG31PR
Ram: transcend 4gb ddr2
PSU: generic(zebronics 450w)
Case: zebronics bijli
Display: 1080p TV

Since bluray movies stutter in this setup, i'm planning on adding my old GTX570 GPU to this setup(I've checked the GPU for 4k playback on a 1200p monitor and it's fine).

The gtx 570 i have is the palit sonic platinum and it requires a 6pin+8pin power connectors, kindly suggest a decent PSU to add this GPU to the above said PC.

P.S: There won't be any gaming on this PC, only HTPC sort of usage.

That GTX570 is really power hungry card,getVS550 then.To be frank though, using a 570 for bluray movies(1080p & not 4k) is overkill as a recent card with much lower power consumption can do the same.

It's definitely an overkill but i've plans to upgrade the CPU, mobo n RAM by the end of the year so thought i'll invest on a decent PSU now.
