Honestly, need to wait for VRM testings of B650 to give a 100% confident answer, but MSI B650M A Pro should be fine, based on historical models. Also, you have to anyways limit power & undervolt it, so overall power draw will be 130W on load. It has just 2x M.2 slots though. Consider this for 3x M.2 slots:
ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI AMD Ryzen AM5 ATX Motherboard

For PSU, can consider Corsair RM850x for 11k, unless you think you will buy a power hungry GPU like RTX 4090, even that works fine on 850W PSU though.

Lancool II Mesh is one of the best cabinets out there for that price, check Gamers Nexus review to know the intricacies. As mentioned earlier, get a Deepcool fan hub for 450 & add an Arctic P12 for rear exhaust.

I've a question, here in our town Power Cut is quite frequent / sometimes it goes for longer period, power surge during rain & lightning also occurs during rainfall,
(few months back our inverter got severely damaged from lightening and repaired)

Should I attach a UPS with the system or connect it directly with Inverter ( Microtek Digital UPS EB 850 VA) line like other appliances i.e. TV, Fans, lights?

Not sure if a 850VA inverter can handle the PC on load, try it maybe, if it can't, PC &/or inverter will trip. I'm not an expert in inverter stuff but a friend uses it directly with his PC (1kVa inverter though).

I use a 1.1kVA APC UPS, just enough time for me to close the game & shut it down.

My problem arises when it happens mid way of a rendering ( of course my current setup is 11yrs old, new setup hopefully will reduce the rendering time )
previously I've used 4 of them, they couldn't keep it up with inverter during low voltage / frequent power cut and eventually burnt one of my MOBO(ga78lmt-usb3) & PSU(450)

If old PC didn't render on inverter, new one won't as well, unless you keep CPU power in check, like at 80-90W with UV. For CPU intensive rendering, GPU shouldn't be drawing its full power, so it should be possible to run in inverter. My PC while gaming with 1440p monitor (25W), consumes in total 400W where my CPU runs at 45-60W & GPU at 220-240W. Keep other appliances on inverter in check as well.

Yes, both are the same. Personally, I would recommend buying from MDComputers rather than Flipkart, as Flipkart isnt best known for selling computer parts.

** Q. Can we control the speed of included ARGB case fans via motherboard? (I have an ASUS TUF gaming B660M Plus D4 motherboard) 07/02/2022

A. Only the ARGB can be controlled, the fans are not PWM

Buy lian li cool 2 mesh performance instead of rgb version you'll get 2 140 mm fans in front and 1 fan in the back with dedicated fan controller

National PC good ? Should I buy from them?
Idk, I've never used them before. There doesnt seem to be much reviews of them either. Is the item you're looking for not available on MD, Vedant, Prime or Clarion?
If its the 7950x, check this- 65,490

National PC is also an old seller. But I will prefer Clarion as well.

G Skill 5200Mhz C40 is good (at 17.3k).
But TBH, even that is a bit on the higher side, as 2x16GB 5200Mhz DDR5 DIMMS usually cost about 14.5k.

There's the problem of socket compatibility. AMD said that AM4 brackets are fine with AM5, but companies still make AM5 brackets, as there have been complaints of cooler backplate incompatibility. And that was with higher end coolers, so most likely, your A30 will face the same issue.

Even if it works fine, there's the problem of cooling. A power limit is a must to prevent throttling, so you'll have to cap it below 125 watts. You will be losing performance as well.

Why not just get the Deepcool AK620 for 5.5k instead? Saves time and hassle.
