[Views] Rashi Peripherals Delhi - any helpful information or good contacts ?

I've finally decided to give my ASUS Xonar DX sound card for RMA. Need any suggestions/inputs from members who've handled Rashi before in Delhi. They are not know for best RMA service anyway. This is more or less like a "encourage me" thread
Any info will be helpful... like name of a good technician/custmer service agent to be contacted etc.

Update: I got a new DX within 3 days from Rashi. I was happy and surprised!
