RAR Password recovery

I have a rar file whose password i have forgotten . is there any free utility through which i can unlock it.

tho the thread and the software necessary exist, it is difficult to crack RAR passwords and the software may take days to process the sequence specially if you dont know the length of the password ...

i say ditch the rar file and get over it .. it isnt easy ... trust me

i tried to recover one of my files from rar but it showed that it wil take 143 days to complete

i will become mad

but
