Random Blue Screen Issues. Please Help(GT 520)

Hi friends! I've came across a strange problem that my tv screen(toshiba power tv) is getting blue in random.After some seconds it goes back to normal. It has been connected to my Zotac gt 520 with hdmi. Also i've latest drivers(310.90) and AV installed. What might be the problem? The full format is also done by me giving no results

Since even after format the problem persists it maybe a problm with the card itself. Get it checked. Btw u havnt been OCing ur card hv u? OC causd same prblm on my g210.

card is working well with other pc. btw i havnt oced it

try checking if the RAM is plugged in tightly.
