Ram with diffrent frequency

I am having a DDR2 256 MB RAM 133 Mhz but I wants to buy new RAM 1 gb but the new DDR2 RAM are available with 333Mhz or 400 Mhz versions.
Can i used both module in my PC. i.e ram with diffrent frequencies.

U may buy d new DDR @ 400/333 and lower the freq to 133 to make it pair with d existin ones...

Dude check again I think u are telllling current spped it must be DDr 266 MHZ which runs at 133

How can i check the frequency of my current RAM. Can I find that by onening th4e box and looking the RAM modules.

first post result from CPU-z here then we can see if its DDR , DDR2, 133Mhz or 266Mhz..
