RAM Upgrade Query

I am having this ram stick Buy Online Gskill F3-12800CL9S-4GBRL RAM in India
Ripjaws - F3-12800CL9S-4GBRL - G.SKILL DDR3 Memory
Gskill F3-12800CL9S-4GBRL RAM which is 3 year old ,Now I am upgrading the pc so I want to add another ram stick of 4 gb and want to use as Dual channel will it work in Dual channel ? Or I should sell this and buy new a 4x2 ram kit

You can get another G.SKill ram which has the same capacity, same operating voltage, same timings ands same speed.
