RAM and Graphics Card

I am in need of a good and cheap RAM
Currently i have a 2 Gb ram and 4 Gb making it to 6 Gb
I want upto 10 or 12 Gb of RAM now (As i run lot of resource heavy apps like Photoshop CC and premiere )
I also want a cool (1 GB) graphics card for my system for mild gaming as well as video rendering
My budget is 10K which i can extend to about 14K at the max
Ps. I am not in need if HDMI as my monitor (19" Samsung) uses VGA
My mother board is
Gigabyte G41M Combo

I have a seperate budget for it of upto 2-3K (If possible suggest that also)
2.Total budget as specified for RAM and Card both are- 10-14 K
3.Gaming is not a priority if at all i game ill game at 720 or lower res
4. Gygabyte G41M Combo 6Gb ram (4+2) , Core 2 Duo

Your mobo support only 8gb ram max - i would suggest Corsair value select 1333mhz 4gb @ 2.3k ,

Mobo means Motherboard
