i just dont understand how to earn zeny in the game... ive been playing since long and can u plz tell me how to grow levels faster???

i can't up my skill level, the alt+s and the skill button on the basic info window dont help, is this bcoz i installed from the digit CD, and i dont know how im going to buy the prepaid card, we dont even have a sify iway in our town even the name of my town is not listed in the city/town list of level up registration page, i asked level up for a CD ages ago and have'nt received it yet
