Quick Launch Error

hi friends,
shortly I have developed a new problem where in I cannot create the quick launch toolbar. When I select that option from the toolbar it says "Cannot create toolbar".
how can I resolve it.

seems that u had not correctly installed the windows.

Looks like virus problem.
start-->.run-->>type this command
IE4UINIT.EXE
restart done !!

If that also don't work than..........
start-->.run-->>type this command
REGSVR32 /i SHELL32.DLL

Restart ..done!!

Btw, you didn't mention the OS you are using. I am assuming you are using WinXP.
