Proposing a new sub-section in Tutorials section

Hi guyz,

In tutorials sections, there are many threads which are non-procedural or slightly procedural. Eg: Threads like listed at the end of this post. They are more of reading rather than actual procedures. They can be put under a sub-section "Useful readings"(or whatever).

Examples of such threads are:
(Note: These are from the first 5 pages of the tutorials section. There are many more such inside)
Internet Error Codes
Webmaster's resource box [Links to tutorials, readings, etc.]
SiggyBar/UserBar Creation
Web hosting: Few important points to check

hmmm...
useful suggestion..but think the mods would have to work really hard upon it..

but the end result would be great...n make searching tuts easier
