Program should load when windows98 starts and should stay

I want to one program popchat to load when windows loads and should stay resident.How can i achieve this

You can create a shortcut in Start > Programs > Startup of the program that you want to run on start up ..

You can also create a Key in Registry like this :

Start > Run > Regedit <Press Enter>
Navigate to HKLM > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Run
Create a new DWord value here and name it Popchat and in the Value data, give the path of the executable proggy ...
