Program says HASP key not found !( Vista )

I am having a software which works with hardware usb dongle . It was running fine over windows XP (home) but now when I upgrated mah OS to Vista software gives an error mssg key lock not found . I have tried upgrading HASP device drivers but no luck till now .

How to make this work ?

It is a database of court cases and other legal stuffs for Advocates Here is some info bout this software

btw i tried rinstalling HASP key it asks for driver

Is there any software to emulate hasp key ?
