I had bought KOSS portapro from a local dealer in India in 2012 Jan . Now the headphone has gone defective . Since a lifetime warranty comes with it ,how can I avail the warranty ?
I guess i have to send them the shipping charges too ! How should i send them (both headphone and return shipping charges) and also to which address ?
