Problem with system shutdown

Whenever I start my system, a message stating "System Shutdown" is always appeared; which read 'This system is shutting down please save all work in progress and log off. Any
unsaved changes will be lost. This shut down was initiated by CPU\Xp' then it starts count down from 50 minutes. Why this happened? Is it because of Virus? How to fix this problem? Please help me.

Congratulations!!! U've been infected by our very old but infamous RPC virus.
But, now-a-days its not affecting many PCs, I gues u r not running good AV.
