Problem with MS Office in Multi OS

I have two OS in my System [win98 & WinXP], when i am in 98 am able to use MSoffice, but the same is not available when using WinXP, Did i have to install Ms Office in WinXP also? please Advice...

Yes, you will have to install it again in XP! 98 and XP don't share their registry
