Hello,
Im trying to connect my HCL laptop running Windows XP to another Lenovo laptop which also runs Windows XP , using an ad-hoc wireless connection . Both laptops have an inbuilt wireless adapter.
I followed the steps given at
*www.digitgeek.com/how-to-connect-two-computers-using-a-direct-wi-fi-ad-hoc-connection/ .
But whenever i right click on the wireless network icon and click on "View Available Wireless Networks" it says "No Wireless networks were found in range". Same thing happens on the other computer.
Am i missing out something or is some additional hardware or some special kind of wireless adpater required to make the ad-hoc wireless connection between the two laptops ?
Thank You.
