Problem Reinstalling creative vibra 128 on XP Pro

Hello Experts!!
I have got a strange problem. First System Config :- p4 1.7, asus mobo4bgl-vm, 3-pci slot(sound card, lan card, modem), sound card :-Creative Vibra 128
OS Win XP Prop.

Once i installed pixel view's play tv pro TV tuner card by taking out modem but i have to shuffle other cards to get it work.

From then I am not able to install my creative vibra 128 sound card.(I have removed tvtuner card and uninstalled the driver)

I googled, searched n number of forum but for no hlp.
I even downloaded updated driver from creative website but happppened=no-thing

!!!PLEASE HELP ME!!!

After the shuffling of cards, Sound Card is not working..............
Generally PCI slots nearest to the Processor have the highest priority, so put ur Sound Card in that slot and then try....
Also check that is there any IRQ conflict with the PCI slot which has SounCard and any other devices...Refer mobo manual for PCI slot IRQs...
