I just got an .dmg file through net my system cant able to open it what it is ,what to do to open it?

If u have a Mac running OSX convert .dmg to .isos in that platform after that copying it to WinXP.Damage Isolation converts apple's OS X-only DMG format to .ISO for use on other types of computers.
