PROBLEM IN MAIL MERGE

When I try to open my data source to merge, an error message appears saying that the word failed to open data source file.
Again when I tried to create a new list, it prompts me to create a temporary folder saying that word will save the file only in a temporary folder.I created a temporary folder inside My data Source folder.But nothing happened.Please help.

I think the installation is corrupted. Reinstall/Repair and try again.

Or wait till other members reply.
