Problem in laptop. help needed

I have an acer 4060 travelmate notebook. Since yesterday it is giving an error message with a beep during the boot. The error message says---

Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller on Motherboard

Bus : 06, Device : 04, Function : 00

I don’t have an acer service center at my place. I have to take it to somewhereelse.

Can I solve this problem?

go to run type "msinfo32.exe" without quotes then to conflicts/sharing,
