Hey buddy, just one thing, do you use your Modem as "parallel" or you have connected it directly ? I mean, have you've been directly connected your modem from the main telephone line ?? If no then i would suggest you to do it, as this was the same problem with me when i first buyed my BSNL 500 Combo connection, hope his solves your problem...

There is a splitter....which divide main telephone line into two.....one for adsl and second for voice....but from the day 1...I never faced such prob....

No buddy, I am not talking about the splitter, I am talking whether your "MAIN" telephone line is connected directly with the Telephone pole or you have telephone as concealed wiring in which you share your single telephone line ???

That's the problem you have ! the problem is first your elephone is connected then your modem, but that's should not be ! ask the telephone operator to make your modem parallel and he will fix it, cost you around rs 200 but maybe less
