Printing of Borderart in WordXP using HP Deskjet Problem???

I had tried printing different combinations of settings to print the page-border using borderart in word xp using my Hp deskjet 3650 but it does not print, the page is printed half in betwen of the page, the same document prints fine on my samsung laserjet but i want a print on deskjet can anybody help...????

are you using correct page size in page setup? measure your page size with a scale and then enter correct values.
also under "Layout" in page setup, try setting the vertical alignment first to "Top" and then to "Center".
