I wanna buy a printer that could print an art on a dvd/cd for a low budget.
I don't mind if it doesn't print on paper and prints specifically on a disk.

Dude, they get the labels printed separately and then stick them on the DVD. Unless you get these printed in bulk, it can cost you as high as Rs. 10 per print, and the print may not be that great quality.

i don't think they stick printed labels on dvd. But i want a printer like this:

I would suggest Epson printers for the purpose of printing on DVDs etc. I have been using Epson printers for quite sometime for the same purpose.
Epson printers Dura ink is what stands apart for such printing purpose.
The rest of the printers have inks which fade away.
We have printed Tshirts and DVD using Epson printers!
They are worth the price!
Though i would not suggest Epson printers for other purposes!
