i am having 2 printer installed in my system i want one of the printer to be set as the default printer, and that no other users can change it from the default and make the other printer as default , but another problem is that i should give admin power to all users , so is there any hidden way to
securely make the printer not to change its default state

so is there any way to hide the printer menu by some policies i am having win2000 installed in my system

i have found answer myself

its been a while and after lots of searchin i have found the answer myself

win2000

start --> run-->gpedit.msc and then in the User configuration->administrative templates change the policyto " disable the show settings tab "

now the printer tab(+contol panel+taskbar start menu) wont show and average users wont able to make it appear back
to get into the control panel just type "control" into the start-->run
thanks
