10,239 is the Nokia's price, which you can buy at their Priority shops. Those are "~Best buys" as Nokia calls them, so maybe they will be back to the normal price that Nokia charges. I am sure it wont get cheaper than 10.3k @ Nokia.

I dont think that Insurance is of that value...I tried claiming for my stolen mobile. Everything was in vain...They need a copy of the FIR and the police here wont file a case regardin stolen mobiles! So its a typical waste here in TN...Otherwise...theres hardly gonna be a manifacturing defect.
