i want to know how to make a pre installed environment like we use to make Win XP using Bart PE for maintenence purpose ..Similarly how to make it for other softwares like Norton antivirus and all .........?? pls tell

do you mean running program directly from CD .
this option is only possible when software itself has rescue/recovery option, that will allow to make bootable CD. if your antivirues does not have this option,then you will not able to make bootable cd and scan your harddisk for virus .
(software company generally does not allow this because in this way 1 cd can be used in many computers.even Norton ghost 9 does not have recovery option, so when OS doesnot load, you cannot restore your data or image file. for than it ask to buy seprate Symantec rescue CD)

bartPE does allow you to do that... using plugins... but thats only if you plan to use the bartPE live cd... most (i do mean MOST) programs need read/write privilages to run... and that is not possible on a cd/dvd.. such programs are generally run by creating a virtual RAM drive and allowing the program to access it... but i have no clue how to do it
