PowerColor GPU RMA

I've bought a powercolor RX 550 GPU from Flipkart on October 2025 to use as a backup. Due to time constraints was not able to test the graphic card. When I tried to test run this the damn thing did not boot on two pcs so I'm sure the card is a faulty one. On the back side of the box it's motioned to contact dgnetrma@gmail.com for support. I've also emailed KBC computech ( the importer ) info@kbccomputech.com for support. But so far no response from their side.

Can anyone help me to find where to contact for RMA of powercolor GPU ? On reddit I cannot find any suitable info and the info I can find across forums are too old to use. BTW, I'm from Kolkata.

Don't know much about this brand...but could try calling up their office contact number as mentioned on *kbccomputech.com/contact-us/ and see if they respond.

yes will try .. got no response from their WB contact no. listed on the website. Powercolor is saying to contact the place of purchase.

Tried contacting the main distributor but did not get any positive response. They only told me to ship the card back to them ( over phone ). No response via email. As this sounded too much shady contacted powercolor and powercolor respponded to contact retailer in my case which is Flipkart. So contacted Flipkart and they agreed to pick it up and process refund which was completed within 7 days. For now I will stay clear from Powercolor unless they some proper channel of service.

I'd suggest always check the RMA process of the manufacturers before buying as well as who is the RMA handler.

For example, Regenersis handles the RMA for Asus products and I successfully got my motherboard RMA'd from them a long time back.
