Portable speakers for party

A friend needs a pair of good portable speakers to listen to music on a laptop, which holds up well for house parties. Would be great if it supports Bluetooth. Budget is up to Rs 3,000.

I like the Nokia Play 360, but it is out of budget. Someone told me to look for Creative X-mini , but I'm not sure if it will be good for parties. Other than that, the only option which came to mind was JBL Jembe.

Any suggestions or comments on above speakers?
