Xperia U has got only 4GB memory available which is quite less but still if you think it is enough then buy it but if I would be in your place I would not have gone for it.
Apart from that you can get Neo V for 16k

If you can live with 8GB (6GB user accessible) memory then U is much better than other options in that range.

But if not, then One V. Though One V won't get Jellybean update and its only single core based. So it does have some lag issues.

if you can overlook the storage, there is nothing which even comes close around 15 .

Exactly my budget around 16k and I am also looking at this phone , I will also buy after getting this month's salary, which will be the best place to buy in Delhi?

I also found these option online as well at sulekha for 15,199 and adexmart 14,999 and ebay 13,700 and 14200 but flipkart is selling at 16499.
