Plz suggest me an Web Image Gallery Software/Script

Hi guys,

Please suggest me an Online Image Gallery software that I wish to put on my batchmates' website which I run...

It should have the following features...
1. Ability for users and logging in
2. User sign-up should be admin approved
3. Only users can post images, but all can comment
4. Preferably free/open source
5. It can run using PHP as server-side

Please help me ASAP...

I tried out 4Images yesterday...

But it was only then that I realised, that my host did not support uploading via scripts, so I have to manually upload the files...

Now is there any such Photo Gallery that detects all photos present and then allows me to only add tags?

4Images can do this only 1 image at a time.. could u plz suggest something like picasa - I mean, it should automatically detect all pics inside the folder and allow me to tag them
