Plz suggest a caller id software for a broadband connection-

I am using data one broad band connection, and also have a bsnl landline tele- Can anyone of my friends suggest a software (preffered free one) that has a caller id and msg recording facility

mate i dont understand ur question.... sorry... what do u realy want... in the internet the is no caller ID... rather it is call IP address....

but what kind of massage u want to store??

caller id is a hardwere which looks like this :

& has to be connected to your telephone line.

For friens May i clearify=is it not possible to use the phone when using a broadband -so if it is why cant we have a caller id device or a software which works like the device as give above

why do u need a software for caller id...
Are u always stuck in front of the comp?

go buy the hardware.it's better.

and I don't know about caller id apps which work with broadband.

May be somone from Team Digit could answer you.
