PLZ help me in buying a mobile between 19-22K

Hi guys,I need help for buying a new mobile..budgets between 19-22K and main use would be:
1)Touch screen/QWERTY+touch above 3''
2)minimum 3.2MP cam with flash(5MP preferred)
3)good battery life(since i browse the net or chat alot and listen to music for 3-4 hrs a day )
4)3.5mm jack a must
5)Flash support for the browser
6)multi-tasking

Samsung Omnia 2(not sure about its price) or nokia N97 mini look like good options to me but I still would like to have other suggestions from you guys...android maybe?

P.S:I hate business phones...black berry and nokia E series to name a few..so dont suggest any of those >_>

Omnia II is a very good phone but it costs around 28k and is difficult to get. And for same price you can get HTC Desire (grey market) which is even more powerful.

also check these:

1) HTC Legend (flash support not yet avaiable in the browser but should be active once HTC gives Android 2.2)
2) HTC HD Mini (htc sense UI on winmo 6.5)
3) Motorola Milestone (flash support will come with Android 2.2)
4) Samsung B7610 Omnia Pro (winmo 6.5)

Thanks bond,whats the price of HTC legend?B7610 spec are good but its too big like a compass box lol....and anything close to 15k will also do if the specs are comparable enough like samsung jet even though its OS has limited support...

Legend is around 23k and inside 15k, your best bet would be Samsung Galaxy Spica i5700 (13k approx). very much similar to Jet and has Android OS.

Hey guys,i just saw the review of SE vivaz pro...gotta say the features look quite decent to me(even with the old S60 OS)soo....Legend VS Vivaz Pro,which would be better?

In favor of Vivaz Pro: QWERTY keyboard, camera features like touch focus and face/smile detection, Picasa integration

Err.. you forgot the better camera in the vivaz and HD recording. Anyways, i suggest you go for the legend or look at the X10 minis for options.

Thanks for replying.But now im in no hurry to get a new mobile for the next 2-3 months because there are lots of new mobiles coming by that time,like Galaxy S and nokia N8(its no android but makes up for it with lots of cool features).Plus my budget is up now to 26K.

If the htc legend is really worth buying now can you plz give your own review on the it?My main concern is the music quality and does it have a equalizer?if not then is there a app that has one?
