Hello,
I want buy a netbook with more stress on following-
1. Battery life
2. Looks
3. Hard drive space.
4. Options for optical drive
5. Intel core2 duo?

I am a fan of sony vaio with respect to looks. They look sexy.

Is it possible to get a optical drive option? If no, any chances for it in near future? Also, what do i do when i want to reinstall windows? Do it frm a pendrive if there is no optical drive? Is there any option to plug in an external optical drive through USB?

Also, why isnt core2 duo available in netbooks.

i am ready to spend upto 30k.
If all options are available in Dell and Vaio, then i will look to settle for Vaio. Plz help me make my choice.

Hello. Thanks for the reply. I am searching for a netbook, the lenovo u said above is a laptop.
Also, i want some help to choose between Sony Vaio M series and W series. Thanks.
