today i have to send a urgent form to mumbai by ordinary post... What should be the value of Ticket attached.. Rs 5 ticket or rs 10 ticket.. Plz help and how long will it take to reach mumbai by ordinary post...

It will take about seven days.

There is a joke always in the market. If your letter is urgent no need to stick a stamp on it. The letter will reach 100% as the Indian post need the money which is collected from the sender :lol: :rofl:
