I want to buy a domain for my blog. My current google page rank is 5. I want to know if I buy a domain will my page rank will be affected.

First, don't give your topic title like this. It is harder to know what is in posted topic.

Second, google pagerank depends on links to your page. If you change your page address, your pagerank will be definitely affected.
