PLS HELP FOR GAMING CONFIG AROUND 60k !!!!!ASAP!!!!!!

i want a gaming config i dont clearly remember the quesion but i remember some of them the ans are_____

-i will overcloac both cpu and gpu
-will buy locally prefered nehru place as ill get cheap there
-i can increase budget
-for ~5k not more than dat
-will use my old tvs keyboard mouse and altech lancng speakers and ups other things i need
-and old siberia headset and dragon age mouse else i need
-the folling config is in my mind
asrock extreme 4 - 10500
i5 2500k - 11590
aoc i2353ph ips monitor - 10500
hdd i tb wd - 4500
odd any company - 900
cabinet - confused budget is ~5k
gpu - sapphire hd 7850 non oc (will oc my self)

othere suggestion i nedd thanx in advanced i will buy it on my b'day 21 feb 2013!!!!!

will my self build the rig done tons of it
and no specific about the games i play but ill play all the latest games and **** the crytech saying thatcrysis 3 will melt down pc's
