Pls HELP !!!! Acer 5740G/ Sony VPC-EB14/ Dell Inspiron 15R

Hi,
Pls Help me i have a choice of three Laptops i dont know which one to get. My budget is 38 - 40k,I use the laptop for light gaming, Video editing, PhySX simulations, 3D graphic design.

The three Laptops that came to mind were

Dell 15R
Intel i3-330
4GB DDR3
320GB HDD
512 MB ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5470 Graphics
15.6" Screen
windows 7 64 bit home basic.

Sony VIAO VPC-EB14
Intel i3-330
3GB DDR3
320GB HDD
512 MB ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5470 Graphics
15.6" Screen
windows 7 64 bit home basic.

Acer 5740 G
Intel i3-330
4GB DDR3
320GB HDD
512 MB ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5470 Graphics
15.6" Screen
windows 7 64 bit home basic.

Which one is the best and if any other suggestions pls tell me.

choose among Dell 15R and Sony VAIO VPC-EB14. Pick one that has better service in your area and that has better build quality.

Thanks !! I live in Bangalore do you know which one has better service here ? And why do you feel Acer is not good?
And Do you know how much it would cost to upgrade the ram by 1GB in the Sony Vaio.
