I don't use these softwares so can't say but ryzen 3700x should be better than 9700k for rendering tasks because of its 16 threads vs 8 threads of 9700k.
Best CPU For Rendering (Updated) - CG Director

Do not buy any MSI product, their rma is poor currently in India.

Do not buy VS series psu, minimum one should buy is Corsair Cx5x series(CX450/550/650).

Research a bit more because ryzen 3600/3700x seems the best option for you.

Despite Adobe products are optimized for Intel, Ryzen performs better overall. If you wanna stick with Intel irrespective of how Ryzen performs, fine then. That's upto you.
That's a good board you have picked. Other options, from Gigabyte you have Z390 UD, Aorus Pro, Aorus Elite.
Go with Asus or Zotac GPUs
Better go with Corsair CX or TX or RM or Antec Earthwatts series of PSUs.
Even with Intel, I guess you can fit this one in your budget LG 24UD58

AMD might get a socket change in 2020 but for Intel, that happens for every generation now. A 3700x or 3800x will have double the threads than a 9700k and still perform better thermally.

Sorry i might be slow here but both boards looks to me in tier.
Z390M UD is in lowest tier(in red shaded area it is 1st entry under gigabyte column as UD) & below it is Z390M(non-UD).Z390A-Pro is also in same lowest tier red shaded area. You should get a mobo which is at least in white shaded or better green shaded area. Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Elite cost ~5k more but it is a much better board in tier list.

Yeah, both A Pro and UD are in the same tier. Both can handle 9700k stock or even 9900k stock. UD can handle 9900k all core OC @ 5ghz, but A Pro will throttle.

HP monitors are never in my radar, so don't have idea about the monitor. Check reviews and decide.

What's the point in saving 5k in a 1 lakh+ rig especially by getting a much inferior mobo(which is the most important component in a pc along with processor) VRM wise from same brand(gigabyte z390 auros elite is much better)?

Agreed. But if he stick with his original picks, it will likely overshoot.
@OP, 2070S is too much for 1080p gaming. Even for 2k gaming RX5700 is suffice. In this way, you can channel the saved money to better motherboard as whitestar suggests.
You can save further by going for cheaper cabinet for around 3.5k

PS: For video editing works, give priority to CPU, RAM, faster storage and all. GPU takes the least priority in this hierarchy.

Looks fine. For monitor though check this *www.amazon.in/Acer-144hz-Variant-Monitor-Technology/dp/B07WLW8QWN/
Don't go with spec-alpha,phanteks p300,deepcool matrexx 55 & ants esport. See these reviews before deciding on cabinet:
Antec Dark Avenger DA601 Mid-Tower Chassis Review
Phanteks Eclipse P300 Case Review - Tom's Hardware | Tom's Hardware
Deepcool Matrexx 55 ADD-RGB Case Review | Play3r
ant esport doesn't even have a review on major tech sites so that should tell you something.
