please suggest a Cheapest camera phone

hi i am looking for a basic camera phone around 4k,
Basically it should have maximun SMS storage
FM and mobile tracker.

3110c is good....it has 1.3mp cam...but pics r kind of ok in bright lights..sms memory have no limit...I stored upto 600

Or 7210 superernova .

You can get used n70 at around that price . You'll get unlimited sms and you can install mobile tracker like software . And unless the lens is very scratched , you'll get one of the best 2mp cam.

i know its not 4K , it more like 5.1 K , but good VFM phone , certainly worth 500 more than 3110c

as far as i've seen, at least it have a proper autofocus and relatively nice optics(even considering carl-zeiss is nothing more than brand name).
you can just search for N70 photos at flickr , and compare them to this gen 2mp nokia like those supernova / xpressmusic series.

n70 pics r good...I have used it for 2 years...video is even better 320x240..with 20x zoom..

But its too old now...and its very slow too
