Planning to Buy Nexus 5 from Canada

I am planning to Buy a Nexus 5 from Canada and had a few Questions

1) Is it Cheaper there or Should i get it from here ( I have a cousin coming down in 1-2week from there)
2) Also wanted to Know any way i can buy it online cheap( in canada from India) So that he doesnt have to Pay for it...

I tried Google Play Canada but on Clicking Buy it redirects me to indian Store
