Planning to buy Dell XPS m1530

Hi,

I am planing to buy the Dell XPS m1530.My total cost when I last configured it came to

Rs 68,862.60 I have two questions since I need a laptop urgently

1.Is there any benefit in waiting for another week? Will the prices reduce?

2.Can we buy an external TV Tuner card separately and will it still be compatible with the XPS 1530?
