]Phone recommendation needed (Budget - 5k)

Hello guys.. Friend needs to purchase a phone for his mother.
Basic needs really viz Calls and SMS. Pls suggest something relevant.

1. Budget - 6k
2. Display type and size - Any
3. Form Factor? bar, slider, flip - Any
4. Preferred choice of brand - Trusted brand like Samsung, Sony, Nokia, Moto etc
5. Preferred input method - NO TOUCHSCREEN
6. What camera option you want? Prefer a camera phone.
7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc) - Any
8. Preferred connectivity options (3G, Wifi etc)- Wifi/3G preferred
9. Preferred applications (Flash, Swype, GPS, etc) - Any
10. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, mails, internet, gaming etc) - Mainly for Calls/sms
11. Any specific mobile phones in consideration - None as such
12. Any other info that you want to share - N/A

Do suggest phones > 5k as well, but budget can be extended marginally only.

I would not go for all these chinese rebranded phones like Micromax, Lava etc.
Secondly, it just has been relayed to me that the phone needs to NON TOUCHSCREEN and Budget is 6k.

So Samsung primos 5610 is on the list atm.
Any more suggestion guys for this category ?
