The user is a 65 yr old lady who is bed ridden and lives alone, neighbors usually take care of her when required, she is having a old Nokia phone and I suspect the keypad is gone kaput and hence she is finding it difficult to operate the phone. I am thinking about iBall Aasaan for about 3K. I have some time to decide on the phone. Please let me know if there are any alternatives available.
