Moto E,Lumia 530
they lack a camera flash otherwise they fit the requirements and are great for the price

Might be a little off from your requirement but you will not regret [after they fix some issues] getting Asus Zenfone [strike]5[/strike]4

thanks all..checked flipkart reviews about redme..hahahahahha

Pros:
1.Use it in winter
2.Use it to Iron your cloths
3.Use it as Water Heater
4.Cook rice on it

As for Asus 4 : Speakers are too low on sound in some applications and while ringing, so any other alternative ?

^hmm thanks..so Redme/Zenfone ..both are out..Moto E is quite heavy..whats next recommendation ?

lumia 530
dont go by specs, its a brilliant phone and windows phone makes it better
zero lag and guarenteed updates
plus the UI is very easy for old people
i got my grandad a 720 last year and he has no issues using it(whatsapp, calls etc)
dont go for chinese or indian oem androids in this range

+++10000, highly recommended especially after this

Ajay, it's been close to a week now since i've been using it. Believe me, it doesn't feel like a 6k device.
The user experience is on par with upper midrange phones. I would say even better. I haven't experienced a single lag yet.
Tried 1080p videos for over an hour. Phone has no heating issues. Considering Galaxy S3 has A9 quadcore and same GPU, Android One performs better.
Chrome performs flawlessly. You just need to experience it to believe. :)

the android one brands available at the moment arent worth it unless moto or some other reputed brand brings their android one phones to india
stick to moto e,lumia 530 and zenfone trust me

plus you cannot even put CM on it
the zenfone camera is actually better

Micromax is a good company, though i know many will disagree with this fact. MMX is second largest smartphone manufacturer acc. to sales in India, it has many service centres (more than others like xolo, karbonn). It's phones are reliable nowadays (My mom's canvas fun is working fine for the past 1 year & my uncle's canvas 2 is still working fine even though its going to be 2 years by january)

my cousins bought two in their household, within two weeks both developed issues and they were forced to pay for repairs of the mother board and speaker despite being under warranty

ill give them credit for service centres though because most other brands lack proper service centres
still MMX should be avoided
plus mediatek cpus arent that great and cause alot of lag and compatiblity issues

get lumia 530 for the camera etc its a big difference
even moto is decent though incase you cant get the lumia 530
just keep in mind that 530 lacks a proximity sensor but it has another workaround technology where it uses the touch screen as a proximity sensor and "simulates" it
