Is there any blog source code like phpbb or xoops that i can setup for my blogging activity, except www.blogger.com ?

My opinion would be take a free hosting, download and install Word Press and start your blog ! Incase you dont want these, try free blog service providers, infact Yahoo! 360's blog is also best. You can try the above and if you have yahoo email id , PM me or see Yahoo! 360 invitations at General Forum and request there !
