Performance CPU under 25k

Hi techgurus. Please help me to buy a system which will be used for video editing , photoshopping, heavy gaming at medium resolution, & some programming. I already have mouse keyboard dvd writer, monitor and speaker. I want suggestion on buying the cabinet and all the parts inside it. I'm thinking of intel processors and mobo with integrated graphics. I'm also eyeing on 9600gt graphic card. Please help me..

The budget u specified, u should go for an AMD based solution since it will give u better performance/price ratio.
